Cooper-Flynn refuses to meet with FF officials
Beverley Cooper-Flynn has announced that she will not meeting with senior Fianna Fail figures today to discuss her failed libel action against RTE.
She said such discussions "would not be appropriate" until a decision has been taken concerning an appeal against her High Court libel defeat.
The Mayo deputy said she was asking all members of the Fianna Fail parliamentary party to support her move.
She added that as she interpreted it, the Taoiseach's comments about the appeal meant that she is entitled to take time to consider her position.
