Cork death is 'suspicious'
Gardai are treating the death of a man in Cork as suspicious.
The body of the middle-aged man was found in a flat in Thomas Davis Street, Blackpool, in the north of the city just after midnight last night.
The victim, who was in his fifties, was discovered by his landlord at the premises.
The state pathologist John Harbison has been called and the scene has been preserved for technical examination.
