Food safety awareness campaign demanded by FSA

The Food Safety Authority has called for a campaign to reassure tourists and foreign consumers about the safety of Irish food.

They say there is a misunderstanding that the foot-and-mouth crisis is related to the safety of food - even though it poses no human health risk.
