Spanish TV claims Real IRA buying arms in Bosnia
A Spanish undercover television documentary broadcast last night claimed that weapons left over after the Bosnian war are being sold to the Real IRA.
The documentary, shown on Antena 3, alleged that a relative of indicted Serbian war criminal Radovan Karadzic is supplying arms to groups such as the Real IRA and Basque separatists ETA from the Serbian republic within Bosnia.
The arms include Kalashnikovs, machine gun grenades, pistols, explosives and night sniping aids.
The film makers posed as drug traffickers buying for paramilitary groups in Colombia and secretly taped negotiations with associates of Karadzic.
