The funeral of Michael Harney, father of the Tanaiste, takes place later today in Dublin.

81-year-old Mr Harney died in Piemount Hospital in Dublin at the weekend after a long illness.

The funeral Mass takes place at noon in St Finian's Church in Newcastle.
