McGuinness claims Reid risking Good Friday agreement

Sinn Fein’s Martin McGuinness has accused the Northern Secretary, John Reid, of putting the Good Friday agreement at risk and of political dishonesty.

Mr McGuinness has written that Dr Reid is making the same mistakes over decommissioning as the last Conservative government.
