Man appears in court on pornography charges

The American national charged on pornography charges has appeared before the Dublin District Court.

Thomas O’Shaughnessy, 45, said nothing when the charges were made against him although he applied for legal aid.

Gardai say that he was staying in a hostel, while looking for a job, and was arrested in an industrial site in West Dublin yesterday.
