May be too late to call off Aer Lingus strike

There is growing pessimism over prospects of averting tomorrow's strike by clerical staff at Aer Lingus.

The Labour Court has offered to intervene in the dispute.

But the workers union SIPTU says it has not yet received an invitation from the court and may not be able to call off the strike which is set to ground all of the Airlines flights tomorrow.
