Co Louth farmers to get Government aid

The Minister for Agriculture, Joe Walsh has announced aid for farmers in Co Louth affected by the foot-and-mouth crisis.

Tillage farmers within the 10-kilometre exclusion zone in the Cooley Peninsula will be allowed to set aside 100% of their land.
