Result on suspect FMD case now not likely until tomorrow

The results of foot-and-mouth tests on a Co Wexford lamb are not expected until tomorrow.

"The sample only went to the laboratory in England this morning, so it is unlikely that we will get a result until tomorrow," said a Department of Agriculture spokesman.
