IBEC says PPF pay rise not automatic

Employers are warning that next week's 2% pay rise for over half a million workers, due under the Programme for Prosperity and Fairness, is not automatic.

IBEC says their members would not feel obliged to pay out the increase where they had already given more than the basic terms of the PPF.
