Minister announces contingency measures for tourism

A meeting between the Minister for Tourism, Jim McDaid, and tourist industry representatives has ended in Carlingford in the past half-hour.

The Minister was reassuring those who work in the sector that efforts will be made to help them through the current foot-and-mouth crisis.
