A 24-year-old man is in a serious condition in hospital after being found with severe head injuries on Leeson St. in Dublin this morning.

A 24-year-old man is in a serious condition in hospital after being found with severe head injuries on Leeson St. in Dublin this morning.

The man, who was discovered on the pavement at 7am was rushed to St Vincents hospital.
