Man attacked in courtroom after acquittal

Gardai and prison officers had to rush a man out of Dublin Circuit Criminal Court last night after a mob attacked him in the courtroom.

A jury had just acquitted Declan Martin from Pearse St, Dublin, on all charges arising out of a collision which caused the death of a father and his daughter in 1999.
