Dublin Corporation is coming under renewed fire for planned bye-laws which would seriously hamper attempted protests in the capital's O'Connell St.

The proposed regeneration of the country's premier thoroughfare includes submitting 30 days notice to hold demonstrations as well as a comprehensive street management plan.
