Emergency at Shannon as brakes warning is received

Shannon Airport's emergency plan was put into action following reports of a problem with brakes on an airplane headed for the airport.

The emergency plan was activated after a faulty signal on board the aircraft suggested a problem with the Aer Lingus flight's brakes.
