Expert foot-and-mouth group to report today

The expert group appointed by the Department of Agriculture to assess the foot- and-mouth crisis is to make its recommendations to the Minister today.

Yesterday, the Minister for Sport, Tourism and Recreation, Jim McDaid, called for relaxation of the precautionary measures that are in place here.
