RTE journalist denies unfairness in Cooper Flynn case

RTE reporter Charlie Bird said he gave Beverly Cooper-Flynn every opportunity to reply in advance to allegations made about her by farmer James Howard.

Mr Bird told the High Court that the sales scheme Beverly Flynn engaged in was a scandal.
