The state pathologist Dr John Harbison is due in Limerick later today to carry out a post mortem on a man who died three months after being admitted to hospital with suspected head injuries.

The state pathologist Dr John Harbison is due in Limerick later today to carry out a post mortem on a man who died three months after being admitted to hospital with suspected head injuries.

Limerick gardai are investigating the circumstances surrounding his death. The man, who was in his fifties, was taken to hospital on December 7th after being found unconscious near John Carew Park in the city.
