RUC investigate Adair poison attempt

The RUC is investigating an apparent attempt to poison jailed loyalist boss Johnny Adair.

A police spokesman said the probe began after forensic tests revealed that a body building drink, bought by Adair inside Maghaberry Prison, had been contaminated.
