According to a number of leaks from the official Hammond Inquiry report, the former Northern Ireland Secretary Peter Mandelson has been found to have acted honestly in the 'cash for passports' row.

If the reports are confirmed, it will raise questions about Tony Blair's judgement in forcing his resignation over his alleged part in the scandal and there are already calls for Mr Mandelson to be reinstated in his government role.
