Fine Gael publishes James Nugent's legal opinion on the Telenor donation

The Fine Gael Leader Michael Noonan TD has this morning instructed that the legal opinion obtained by the Fine Gael Party from Senior Counsel James Nugent on 13th March 1998 in relation to the donation from Telenor be published in full today.

The Fine Gael Leader Michael Noonan TD has this morning instructed that the legal opinion obtained by the Fine Gael Party from Senior Counsel James Nugent on 13th March 1998 in relation to the donation from Telenor be published in full today.
