Burke could use diplomatic passport to avoid officials

The Flood Tribunal has heard that Ray Burke held a diplomatic passport when he served as a government Minister.

Because of the time he spent as Foreign Affairs Minister, Mr Burke still holds the passport, which means that he is unlikely to be stopped at airports by customs officials.
