St Patrick's Day parade postponed

Dublin's four day St Patrick's Day festival has been postponed.

As the country is griped by the threat of a possible foot and mouth epidemic the board of the St Patrick's Day celebrations decided unanimously to cancel the events on the March 17th weekend.
