It's confirmed: Foot and Mouth is in Ireland

The North's Agriculture Minister, Brid Rodgers, has confirmed in the last few minutes, there is a foot and mouth outbreak on a farm in South Armagh.

It is the first case confirmed on the island of Ireland.
