Farmer gives evidence in libel trial
The farmer at the centre of the Beverly Cooper Flynn libel case has taken the stand at the High Court.
James Howard, a dairy farmer from Drogheda, claims the Co Mayo TD gave him advice on how to hide money from the taxman after the 70-year-old contacted her in her position as financial adviser at the National Irish Bank in Balbriggan.
