Management quizzed by teen death inquiry

The inquiry into the escape of teenager Kim O'Donovan from Co Wicklow care centre Newtown House is hearing evidence from management at the unit.

They have been defending the manner in which the 15-year-old was supervised.

A month after her escape from the care centre last summer, she was found dead from a suspected heroin overdose in Dublin.
