Teenager inquiry to probe death

An unprecedented High Court inquiry gets underway today into the circumstances of the death of 15-year-old Kim O'Donovan.

The teenager was found dead in a Dublin guesthouse weeks after she escaped from care at Newtown House.

The inquiry comes a day after the publication of a damning report into the workings of the centre.
