A man reputed to be the IRA's chief of staff has told a rally in south Armagh that its struggle would never be over until what he called British imperialism was removed from Ireland.

Brian Keenan from Belfast, who is also reportedly the man nominated to be the IRA's interlocutor to the Decommissioning Body, also appealed for unity and support for those at the negotiating table.
