Tightening of laws expected after youth drinking shock

The enforcement of laws to stop pubs and off-licences selling drink to teenagers is being reviewed at a meeting between the Minister for Justice and the Garda Commissioner.

The head-to-head follows confirmation that Ireland's youth are the heaviest binge drinkers on the continent.
