Surfers rescued off Portrush

An Aer Corps helicopter has successfully completed the overnight rescue of a surfer stranded on rocks off the coast of Co Antrim.

The Sligo-based search and rescue helicopter was called to assist Portrush Lifeboat in the rescue of four surfers who started having trouble off Portrush around six yesterday evening.
