Employees unhappy with bosses

One third of workers say that their bosses are poor managers and are inexperienced, according to a new survey on the attitudes of the Irish workforce towards their employers.

Over 400 staff were interviewed in the nationwide survey and the most common complaint was that bosses are poor managers.
