Ireland's Olympic bosses have been slammed for being undemocratic in a special report by the Sports Council on our performance at Sydney 2000, launched today by Sports Minister Jim McDaid.

The report hits out at the Olympic Council of Ireland and calls for change.

Speaking at the launch of the report, Minister McDaid says we must switch the focus to the sports stars and away from the men in suits.
