Cabin crew strike to go ahead as talks break down

Next Wednesday's planned strike by Aer Lingus cabin crew looks certain to go ahead after Labour Court talks broke down late last night.

With no further talks in the pipeline, the one-day stoppage by more than 1,000 staff represented by IMPACT is likely to bring transport chaos to Dublin, Cork, Shannon and London Heathrow airports.
