Couple injured in apparent pipe bomb attack

A man and a woman were injured in an apparent pipe bomb attack at a house in the North today.

The blast occurred at the rear of a house in Ballaghbeg Park at Murlough outside Newcastle, Co Down.

The RUC said the 25-year-old man and 24-year-old woman had not been seriously hurt.
