Flanagan hints at joining leadership battle

Fine Gael chief whip Charlie Flanagan has hinted that he may contest the party leadership.

Deputy Flanagan said he would make a decision tomorrow on whether or not he would join Michael Noonan, Jim Mitchell and Enda Kenny in the leadership race.
