Haemophilia Society criticises Lindsay decision
Top officials from the Irish Haemophilia Society say they are extremely disappointed by today's decision not to permit the disclosure of documents to the inquiry.
They had sought documents held by the Department of Health.
The Lindsay Tribunal is trying to uncover why hundreds of people were infected with Hepatitis C through contaminated blood products.
The decision not to permit the documents' release was made by Judge Alison Lindsay this afternoon.
