The Ulster Unionist Party is to appeal a court ruling that its ban on Sinn Fein ministers attending cross-border meetings is unlawful.

The UUP is unhappy with Mr Justice Kerr's verdict and has insisted that it has the right to bar Martin McGuinness and Bairbre de Brun because of lack of movement on IRA decommissioning.
