Three front runners for Mandelson job

Northern Ireland Minister Adam Ingram is among three candidates likely to be considered to take over as Northern Ireland Secretary from Peter Mandelson.

Welsh Secretary Paul Murphy and Scottish Secretary John Reid are the other two.
