Dead boy named

An 11-year-old boy who was found dead in a slurry tank in Co Longford has been named as Francis McGuire.

The body of the young boy, from Aughnacliffe in the county, was discovered shortly after 1am on a farm at Moyne.

He had been missing since yesterday afternoon and a post mortem is due to be carried out later today.
