It's all over - Lawlor starts jail term

Liam Lawlor has presented himself at Mountjoy Prison to start a seven-day term there.

The Dublin deputy kept the media guessing all morning. Until the last minute it was unclear whether or not he would lodge an appeal with the Supreme Court in a bid to overturn the prison sentence handed down by the High Court.
