The new daily air service between Dublin and Knock, due to begin on Thursday, has been suspended because of industrial action.

The Minister for Public Enterprise Mary O’Rourke officially launched the service at Knock Airport last week. It is understood that workers at Knock are refusing to co-operate with the new air link unless they receive a 33% pay rise.
