About 170,000 secondary students in 160 schools in the Dublin area will have no classes today as the latest round of the ASTI pay dispute swings into gear.

It's the first in a "wave" of strikes this week which will see schools close in the rest of Leinster tomorrow, with Munster hit on Thursday.
