Court considers hearing supergrass evidence

The Special Criminal Court is considering whether to allow the first of three state supergrasses to take the witness stand today in the trial of John Gilligan.

The prosecution is ready to call the first protected witness, John Dunne, but the defence say this has been sprung on them.
