Closing arguments in Lawlor case to resume tomorrow
Closing arguments in the contempt of court case against Liam Lawlor will resume in the morning.
Today, Mr Lawlor's barrister John Rogers told Justice Thomas Smyth that the Flood Tribunal had set out to jail his client.
He insisted that the Dublin West TD had co-operated fully even though he may have mis-interpreted the court order made against him last October.
