IRC spokesman Peter O'Mahony described Aine Ni Chonaill's proposals as "simply unworkable". Earlier today, the ICP launched a postcard campaign calling on Justice Minister John O'Donoghue to withdraw Ireland from the 1951 Geneva Convention on Refugees.
