Organ donation the ‘ultimate gift’

Heartfelt thanks from people whose loved ones got the ultimate gift — a donated organ — are being used as part of a campaign to boost organ donations.

The Irish Kidney Association and Radio Snowflake are asking listeners to give the gift of life this Christmas by supporting organ donation.

Throughout the month, testimonials from those affected will be played on air, thanking their organ donors and their families for giving them the gift of life.
