Peter Cullen’s home at 4, Fairways Park, Stillorgan Rd, Dublin, overlooking a golf course in one of the most desirable locations in Dublin, is said to be at worth least close to a €1m.

However, barrister Robert Fitzpatrick told Judge Jacqueline Linnane in the Circuit Civil Court yesterday that debts owed to AIB already topped €1m.
