Det Insp Colsh asked for a remand in custody to Harristown District Court today while the prosecution prepares the book of evidence.
Judge Kilrane granted legal aid and instructed that addiction and psychiatric assistance be made available to Mr Brady. He remanded him in custody to Harristown District Court today.
Mr Brady’s sister, Janice, also of Cartron Estate, Sligo, was charged in Dublin District Court with impeding the apprehension and prosecution of Keith Brady for murder.
