The troubled singer is in the latest Revenue Commissioners defaulters list which names 101 people who made settlements totalling €17.4m between April and June.
Ms O’Connor owed €90,543 in underdeclared PAYE and PRSI and also had to pay €42,599 in interest plus penalties of €27,162, bringing her total settlement to €160,304.
She is listed as an artist living at Montebello, Strand Rd, Bray, although in frantic social media postings before her brief disappearance in May, she claimed to have lost her home.
Ms O’Connor was in the United States when police in Chicago received a report that she had failed to return from a Sunday morning bike ride and there were concerns about her safety.
She was located the next day and remained in the US where it is believed she received medical treatment.
The 49-year-old mother of four, who has talked openly about her mental health struggles, had been threatened with a lawsuit after making claims that a celebrity supplied drugs to the recently deceased Prince.
The biggest defaulters include a Dublin plastic surgeon, a liquidated Cork boat seller, and the Bizquip office equipment suppliers.
